Each phase of the production of our polycrystalline diamond and tungsten carbide tools is managed and processed internally, courtesy of an approach to organisation and management that enables 24-hour production.

WE DESIGN USING ADVANCED 3D DESIGN SOFTWARE
Designing polycrystalline diamond and tungsten carbide tools is a complex process that requires attention to detail and an innovative approach. Investing time and resources in this phase not only improves the quality of the work: it also enables us to ensure exact coherence between the design and the finished product, within a limited period of time.
Each phase of the tool design and production process is developed through the use of specific software and extremely sophisticated 3D CAD CAM graphic simulators.
The use of our distinctive technologies enables the creation of virtual prototypes, so that the various different geometries can be carefully checked before production.
This process also allows us to design custom products with extreme flexibility and precision, beginning by analysing the specific needs of the customer.

ALL THE MACHINING OPERATIONS
Steel cutting
Our tools are manufactured exclusively in-house, beginning with the cutting of the steel, performed using an automatic machine.
Turning
The turning process is carried out exclusively using CNC machines.
Milling
Our premises are equipped with robotic CNC machining centres, enabling us to be competitive in the production of both standard and special products.
Polycrystalline diamond cutting
Polycrystalline diamond is cut using laser technology, which allows us to obtain tips of standard and special sizes.
Welding
We perform induction welding operations using different workstations.
Automatic blade welding
All our polycrystalline diamond blades are automatically welded by machines dedicated exclusively to this process, ensuring high levels of precision.
Sand-blasting
After the welding phase, each tool is carefully cleaned via a sand-blasting process carried out in machines with cabs for this purpose, in order to prepare it for the subsequent cataphoresis treatment.
Cataphoresis
All our products are subjected to a cataphoresis treatment which ensures that their aesthetic and functional characteristics are maintained over time.
Polycrystalline diamond tool sharpening
We are equipped with robotic and high-tech machinery from the best brands on the market, which allow us to carry out this process with maximum precision and reliability.
Quality control
We entrust the quality control process to high-tech machinery from the Zoller brand.
Balancing
Each tool is balanced using dedicated machinery, to avoid imbalances and vibrations during machining; this procedure enables the correct function of the machine shaft to be maintained.
Storage with electronic warehouse
Our electronic warehouses and dedicated customer area allow us to provide real-time information on tool availability and stock levels.
Labelling
During the labelling process, we also pay particular attention to the details, finishing graphics and colours with precision.
Packaging and shipping
Packaging operations are carried out with the utmost care, using specific materials to ensure that the products are properly protected. Shipments are organised with a view to avoiding delays, ensuring timely delivery.
