With tungsten carbide braze-welded tools, the cutting edges are applied directly to the tool body through the braze welding process. They are used for machining various materials, such as softwood, hardwood, glued wood, chipboard and MDF.

Their specific geometries and lapped cutting edges makes our braze-welded tungsten carbide tools particularly suitable for machining operations on plastic materials.

They can be re-sharpened and replated when the cutting edges are worn.

In addition to the tools in the catalogue, we design special profiled customised tools on either a tool sample or wood profile basis.
