Router cutter for boring, grooving and trimming composite materials and high-pressure laminates such as HPL, TRESPA, Corian®, fibre cement, etc. Recommended for nesting operations.
Tungsten carbide (HW) body with a hardness of 92.3HRA and brazed polycrystalline diamond tips (PCD). Alternating axial cutting edges with chip-breaker to ensure optimal chip evacuation and feed speed. Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) plunging tip for boring. Can be re-sharpened 3-4 times.
